V.Codec Online Forum Apr.25.2006: Contemporary Visual Art Criticism

We recently conducted our first online forum, inviting regional participants from multiple angles of the visual arts scene. Artists, critics, curators, and more came together from each of our three cities to discuss the state and role of contemporary visual art criticism.

Unfortunately we must mention that, due to technical difficulties thoroughly documented in this month's editorial, Betsey Brock of The Henry and Greg Lundgren of Vital 5 Productions were unable to fully participate despite valiant efforts to do so.

Nonetheless, the remaining panelists were randomly selected one by one, posed a random question, and then given a few minutes to answer without interruption. We then opened up the question and answer to all panelists for a few more minutes of discussion.
